Technology Service Corporation Defense Services seeks a Business Development professional to lead market assessment, capture management, and proposal activities for Airborne ISR products and services. You will coordinate with Operations, Pricing, and Program Management to pursue critical awards.

The role requires up to 50% travel; remote working options are available. Build win themes, drive capture strategies, and foster government and industry partnerships to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; 5+ years in BD/Capture.
• US Citizenship with ability to obtain government clearance.
• Experience with FAR-based capture workflows and government proposals.

Responsibilities

• Gain understanding of P&L vision, mission, and strategies.
• Develop domain expertise in Airborne ISR products and services.
• Lead hunting for new opportunities and engage with prospective customers.
• Draft and refine marketing material, white papers, and presentations.
• Manage opportunity pipeline and guide inputs for proposals.
• Lead all assigned proposal activities and drive to win.
• Develop and retain government and industry partnerships.
