Job summary

Technology Service Corporation (TSC) is seeking a Business Development Leader focused on capture to support Airborne ISR Products & Services. The role spans market assessment, forecasting, capture management, and proposal writing, partnering with Operations, Program Management, Tech Resources, and Pricing to win critical awards.

Travel up to 50% with a focus on prospective customers; remote working options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 5+ years in Airborne ISR or gov/industry.
• US Citizenship with ability to obtain a government security clearance.
• Experience in research, data analysis, and producing written reports.
• Experience in cross-functional, geographically distributed teams and bid/proposal work.

Responsibilities

• Gain understanding of P&Ls and business plan within six months.
• Develop subject matter expertise in AISR domain and past performance.
• Lead hunt for new opportunities aligned to Airborne ISR capabilities.
• Proactively engage with prospective customers; track activities.
• Manage draft RFPs and lead proposal activities to win.
