Job summary

Technology Service Corporation Defense Services is seeking a Business Development lead with a focus on capture to support Airborne ISR Products & Services. You will guide opportunity assessment, capture planning, and proposal development, working with Operations, Program Management, Technical Engineering and Pricing teams.

The role requires travel up to 50% to engage prospective customers, with remote working options available, and a track record in BD or capture across government and industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; 5+ years in Airborne ISR capture or related.
• US Citizenship with ability to obtain security clearance.
• Certification/training tied to BD or capture.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional, multi-site teams.
• Experience with research, data analysis, and written reports.
• Experience drafting white papers, presentations, and FAR-compliant proposals.
• BD, capture, pricing, or bid/proposal experience.
• Knowledge of government procurement and regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

• Gain understanding of P&L vision and strategic focus within six months.
• Develop SME knowledge in AISR products/services.
• Lead annual planning and growth strategy discussions.
• Identify new opportunities aligned to Airborne ISR capabilities.
• Engage with prospective customers and track activities.
• Lead proposal activities and drive win strategies.
• Develop materials illustrating Concepts of Operations.
• Manage opportunity pipeline under leadership.
• Analyze RFPs to support compliant timely bids.
• Build government and industry partnerships.
