Job summary

Technology Service Corporation Defense Services in Colorado is seeking a results‑oriented Business Development professional focused on capture for Airborne ISR products and services. You will analyze markets, forecast opportunities, and shape strategies with cross‑functional teams.

Reporting to the Director of Business Development, you will lead or coordinate win themes, proposals, and capture activities, build government and industry partnerships, and manage the opportunity pipeline with

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related professional experience in Airborne ISR solutions, products, or services.
US Citizenship with ability to obtain government clearance.
Demonstrated ability to work across cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams.
Experience conducting research, assessing data, and producing written reports.
Knowledge of government procurement, fiscal, and regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

Gain understanding of P&L vision and strategic focus within six months.
Develop SME knowledge in AISR products and services domain.
Lead capture and identify new opportunities aligned to Airborne ISR capabilities.
Engage with prospective customers and track activities.
Develop drafts for white papers, presentations, and FAR-compliant content.
Manage opportunity pipeline and support proposal activities to win bids.
Develop and retain government/industry partnerships.
