Silvus Technologies is seeking a Business Development Engineer, USSOCOM to bridge RF capabilities with SOCOM requirements, reporting to the Director of Applications Engineering. This role entails traveling up to 50% to customer sites and labs, with a 100% remote option depending on location.

You will analyze capability gaps, support field trials, and collaborate with engineering and BD to validate architectures, translating field feedback into roadmap inputs.

Competenze

• BS in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related C5ISR field, or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years in systems engineering, technical business development, or defense tech roles.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain SECRET clearance.
• Ability to travel up to 50% to customer sites and labs.

• Analyze USSOCOM capability gaps and map operational needs to radio solutions.
