The role emphasizes identifying client needs, translating technical features into business outcomes, and managing long sales cycles with cross-functional collaboration. Strong relationship skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or completion of an accredited trade/technical school program.
• 1+ year of experience with HVAC Controls, Building Automation, Commercial HVAC, Blueprint Drawings/Design layouts, or the Construction industry.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic relationships with building owners, mechanical contractors, and consulting engineers.
• Manage an assigned account portfolio to identify high-potential prospects and drive growth.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to increase visibility.
• Identify client challenges and map them to building and system solutions.
• Lead the bid process, prepare responses, and negotiate to secure new business.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Service teams to ensure feasibility and satisfaction.
• Ensure smooth handoffs from sale to execution and maintain customer experience.
