You will own a portfolio of accounts, partner with engineering and service teams, and lead the bid process from identification to negotiations.

The role emphasizes selling the solution, building long-term relationships, and presenting compelling value to building owners and contractors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of experience in HVAC/BAS controls industry.
• 2+ years of sales experience in HVAC/BAS controls industry.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with building owners, mechanical contractors, and consulting engineers.
• Manage an assigned account portfolio and identify high‑potential prospects.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
• Influence design and specifications early in projects.
• Lead bid process and negotiate to secure new business.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Service teams to ensure feasibility and satisfaction.
