Job summary

Automated Logic, a Carrier Global company, is seeking a Building Automation Sales Manager to lead a regional sales team and drive service-driven solutions for building automation projects. You will coordinate with engineering, operations, and service to deliver value to clients and strengthen relationships with building owners and engineers.

The role emphasizes strategic account development, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership to advance in a growing BAS environment within the Carrier

Qualifications

• 4+ Years of experience in the HVAC, building automation systems (BAS), or construction industry.
• 3+ Years of leadership experience in a professional setting, such as sales, project management, service management, or operations.
• Valid and current Driver’s License.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering or related technical field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and mentor sales professionals to achieve financial, strategic, and cultural goals.
• Set aggressive individual and team goals utilizing CRM systems and monitor bookings through KPIs.
• Execute growth strategies aligned with the branch business plan and influence leadership on critical outside sales strategies.
• Develop long-term relationships with building owners, end customers, consulting engineers, and contractors to identify opportunities.
• Coordinate strategic account reviews with the sales team to show ALC’s position and become a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Service to ensure customer satisfaction.
