Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to close opportunities in the HVAC/BAS market. You will own an account portfolio, partnering with engineering, operations, and service teams to deliver Carrier solutions in a true team-based environment.

You’ll lead bids, influence design decisions, and build long-term relationships with building owners and contractors, driving strategic growth across the region.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years in HVAC/BAS controls industry.
• 2+ years of sales experience in HVAC/BAS controls.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with building owners, mechanical contractors, and consulting engineers.
• Manage an assigned account portfolio and identify high-potential prospects for regional growth.
• Represent Carrier at trade shows and industry events to increase visibility.
• Lead bid opportunities, prepare comprehensive responses, and negotiate to secure new business.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Service teams to ensure technical feasibility and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure smooth handoffs from sale to execution and maintain momentum through follow-up.
