Job summary

RRD Company in Orlando, Florida, is seeking an Inside/Enterprise Sales professional to drive packaging, labeling, and supply chain solutions. You will research markets, cold-call clients, and schedule virtual or phone-based kickoff meetings, delivering effective presentations and proposals.

You will collaborate with other sales and client services, maintain CRM records, and stay current on product knowledge to shape forecasts and strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience promoting packaging and supply chain solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Google Suite.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software preferred.
• Creative and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Experience working collaboratively with other individuals and departments.
• Associate Degree with 2 years inside or enterprise solution sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Market and company research to identify potential clients and contacts.
• Cold calling activities.
• Schedule and hold virtual or phone-based intro meetings.
• Sell products and solutions individually or with another sales representative.
• Develop strategies and present to clients (virtual or onsite).
• Respond to RFPs, bids, information requests, etc.
• Transfer client and account knowledge to other team members and record touchpoints in CRM.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry insights.
• Analyze data to build forecast and sales strategy.
