Job summary

Eight Eleven Group seeks an Associate Account Executive in Charlotte, NC to join a comprehensive B2B sales training program. You will build partnerships, manage client relationships, and drive wins for consulting and professional services.

Expect to work with decision-makers and align solutions with client roadmaps. After training, you will spend most of your time in front of executives, leveraging a structured sales playbook and activity-based goals to exceed revenue targets while advancing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Must be motivated, proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and pursuits in designated accounts.
• Build and sustain relationships with clients through meetings and events.
• Consult with clients to create solutions and drive change on projects.
• Advocate for clients and improve their experience with services.
• Present to C-suite executives and champion solution roadmaps.
• Meet and exceed target sales goals; set personal and team goals.
