Rentokil Initial is seeking an Account Executive in Fresno, CA to sell pest management services to commercial customers and grow a high-performing territory. You will learn our programs, build proposals, and close deals through a customer-focused approach.

You’ll prospect, present, and cross-sell across hospitality, food, healthcare, and retail segments, collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. Travel up to 100% may be required.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred 2+ years in B2B sales with prospecting skills (cold calling, lead generation, networking).
• Self-motivated hunter mentality with ability to work independently.
• Will obtain required industry licenses as provided and paid for by the company.
• Willing to travel up to 100% within assigned territory.

Responsabilidades

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect facilities and sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance for Commercial customers.
• Develop territory strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn Rentokil’s programs, pricing policies, and service offerings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery of outstanding service solutions.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company sales CRM.
