Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking an Account Executive in California to sell pest control services to commercial clients across hospitality, food processing, healthcare, and retail. You will develop new business, inspect sites for infestations, and present solutions to meet customer needs.

You will build territory plans, learn Rentokil offerings, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure outstanding service and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; A valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Two years of experience in B2B sales is preferred, with prospecting skills (cold calling, lead generation, networking).
• Self-motivated hunter mentality with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests, pest harborage, pest entries, etc.
• Sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance for commercial customers based on assessment findings.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of Rentokil programs, pricing policies, and services.
• Build partnerships with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure delivery of service solutions.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company CRM.
