Job summary

Rentokil Pest Control Ltd. in California is seeking an Account Executive to grow our commercial pest management portfolio.

You will sell leading pest control services to new and existing customers across hospitality, food processing, healthcare, and retail sectors, while delivering outstanding service and building lasting client relationships. You will learn our programs, pricing, and service offerings, perform site inspections, present proposals, and close deals in a results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Preferred two years of experience in B2B sales with prospecting skills.
• Self-motivated, hunter’s mentality with ability to work independently.
• Will be required to obtain industry licenses provided and paid for by the company.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests and sell pest control solutions to commercial customers.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of Rentokil’s programs, protocols, pricing policies, and service offerings.
• Build partnerships with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company sales CRM.
