Job summary

Western Exterminator is looking for an Account Executive to drive sales of pest management services to commercial customers in the Fresno area. You will identify new opportunities, present tailored proposals, and close deals while delivering exceptional customer service.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and 2+ years in B2B sales. The role requires travel and a results‑driven, self‑motivated approach within a Rentokil team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong social, customer service and communication skills.
• Preferred two years of B2B sales experience, especially prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests and assess pest entry points to tailor service solutions for commercial clients.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets and grow Rentokil’s service offerings.
• Learn Rentokil’s programs, pricing policies and service offerings to effectively present proposals and close deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery of outstanding service and follow CRM activities daily.
