Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business for commercial pest management. You will sell services across hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare and retail, while maintaining a customer-focused approach to grow the business.

You will learn Rentokil's programs and pricing, develop territory plans, and present proposals to win opportunities. A results-driven environment and comprehensive training await the successful candidate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license from your state of residence is required.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Preferred two years of Business to Business sales experience with prospecting skills (cold calling, lead generation, networking).
• Self-motivated, hunter's mentality with ability to work independently.
• Must be able to obtain any required industry licenses provided and paid for by the company.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests and sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance for Commercial customers.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn and maintain complete knowledge of Rentokil's programs, protocols, pricing policies, and services.
• Build partnerships and collaborate with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure outstanding service solutions.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company CRM.
