Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking an Account Executive to sell pest management services to new and existing commercial clients. You will prospect, present proposals, and close deals across hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare, and retail sectors.

You’ll learn Rentokil’s programs and pricing, develop territory strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding service. Travel up to 100% within your territory may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; A valid driver’s license.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Preferred two years of Business-to-Business sales experience with prospecting skills.
• Self-motivated, hunter’s mentality with ability to work independently.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests and determine pest control solutions for commercial clients.
• Sell pest control services and preventative maintenance; develop territory development strategies to exceed targets.
• Learn Rentokil's programs, policies, pricing, and service offerings; collaborate with internal teams to maximize growth.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company CRM.
