• Willingness to travel and meet customers in person within territory.

Aufgaben

• Travel within assigned territory to meet customers and build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Keep customer informed about new service points and improvements.
• Assist customers with rate agreements and coordinate with pricing coordinators.
• Monitor major accounts to ensure on-time service promises are met.
• Prepare monthly activity reports to identify business levels and opportunities.
• Provide information on rates and rate changes to customers.
• Submit weekly itineraries for coverage areas to maximize efficiency.
• Maintain positive relations with drivers and relay customer equipment needs to operations.
• Inform customers about Speed Service and Expedited options.
• Manage and track transportation and entertainment expenses weekly.
