• Travel throughout the territory to meet customers and cultivate relationships with traffic/ purchasing personnel and other influencers.
• Assist customers with rate agreements and coordinate with pricing coordinators.
• Regularly check major accounts to ensure on-time service promises and report monthly activity.
• Communicate equipment requirements and hours of service to operations; handle complaints through proper channels.
• Enter daily sales calls in the system and maintain cost-conscious travel and entertainment expenses.
