Qualificações

• 2+ years in B-B (Business to Business) sales experience or equivalent.
• Strong relationship-building and communication with clients.

Responsabilidades

• Travel throughout assigned territory to meet customers and cultivate relationships with decision-makers.
• Inform customers of new services and improvements in company offerings.
• Assist customers with rate agreements and coordinate with pricing coordinators.
• Monitor major accounts to ensure on-time service promises are met.
• Prepare monthly activity reports to assess account performance.
• Provide information on rates and rate changes; submit itineraries weekly.
• Maintain relationships with drivers and coordinate equipment needs with customers.
• Report daily sales calls and manage expenses; handle customer complaints through proper channels.
