Responsibilities

• Travel throughout the assigned territory to meet customers in person and build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Keep customers informed of new service points and improvements.
• Assist customers with rate agreements and coordinate with pricing coordinators.
• Monitor major accounts to ensure on-time service promises and maximum value.
• Provide regular activity reports and enter daily sales calls into the CRM.
• Communicate customer equipment requirements and hours of service to operations.
• Manage transportation and entertainment expenses in weekly expense reports.
• Handle customer complaints through appropriate channels.
