Job summary

TriNet is seeking a Sales Consultant to power business success in HR solutions for SMBs. You’ll pursue new prospects within a defined territory, build your own book of business, and present TriNet’s payroll, benefits and HR services to mid-size clients.

Expect a multi-step sales process, use Salesforce.com and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and earn commissions. This full-time role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and the ability to travel within your territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Typically 3+ years B2B complex sales cycle preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan annual targets and territory plans covering multiple states/regions and diverse industries (5-99 employees).
• Build a balanced pipeline via cold calling, email, phone, LinkedIn, plus partnerships for referrals and opportunities.
• Qualify or disqualify opportunities quickly using understanding of target markets.
• Establish a trusted advisor relationship to gain long-term client relationships.
• Utilize a multi-step sales process with defined criteria and executive sponsorship.
• Use Salesforce.com, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and quoting tools for daily activities.
• Achieve quota targets by meeting sales activity metrics.
• Complete all administrative tasks promptly and in line with policies.
• Demonstrate TriNet’s core values daily.
• Other duties as assigned and compliance with policies.
