As a Sales Consultant, you’ll pursue new prospects, quantify our value, and sell TriNet’s all-in-one HR solution to companies with 5-99 employees within your territory.

You will build pipeline, conduct meetings with prospective clients (including C-level executives), write proposals, gain approvals, and present them to decision makers to exceed quota.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree is desired or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 3+ years in B2B complex sales.
• Proven PEO experience preferred.

• Plan and hit targets within defined territory, covering multiple states/regions.
• Prospect and build a balanced pipeline through cold calling, email, LinkedIn and referrals.
• Qualify opportunities quickly using knowledge of target markets and personas.
• Establish a trusted advisor relationship to win long-term client relationships.
• Use a multi-step sales process with defined criteria and executive sponsorship.
