Winter Services LLC in Lemont, IL seeks an experienced Account Manager to oversee snow removal and landscaping projects, manage customer relationships, and drive service quality.

The role involves coordinating with Business Development, managing renewals in Salesforce, preparing enhancement proposals, and ensuring on-time, profitable project delivery while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of landscaping services incl. design, maintenance, irrigation, horticulture.
• Proven track record in managing customer accounts and delivering projects.
• Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.
• Interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and teams.
• Proficient in project management and budgeting.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with landscaping software (Aspire, Salesforce, Netsuite).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Transition and onboard new customers from Business Development.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Manage renewals via CRM (Salesforce).
• Identify expansion opportunities in landscape and snow removal.
• Coordinate enhancement projects with budget and timelines.
• Prepare enhancement proposals and maintain active pipeline.
• Provide weekly CRM pipeline reporting and progress updates.
• Schedule crews and allocate resources with Production Manager.
• Monitor budgets and expenses for profitability.
• Communicate account status and financial performance to senior management.
• Assist with year-round budget planning as needed.
• Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
