SERVPRO Team Jones is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive revenue and build long-term partnerships in the restoration industry. The role focuses on securing service agreements, managing ERAs/MSAs, and growing referral business with insurers, property managers, and commercial owners.

The ideal candidate will bring paid experience in B2B sales, CRM discipline, and strategic planning, along with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience preferred
• A minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience
• Strong process and results driven attitude
• Experience in the cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry is preferred

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and execute formal service agreements.
• Manage Emergency Response Agreements (ERAs) and MSAs.
• Track and manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to contract execution.
• Maintain CRM records and activity logs.
• Act as primary account manager for clients and referrals.
