Job summary

Servpro Team Jones is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive revenue and forge strategic partnerships in the restoration and disaster recovery sector.

The role centers on negotiating and executing formal service agreements, securing ERA/MSA contracts, and managing the full sales pipeline from prospecting to contract closure, while coordinating with insurance carriers, property managers, and facility owners to ensure priority response and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience.
• Strong process and results driven attitude.
• Experience in the cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and execute formal service agreements to solidify client relationships.
• Secure Emergency Response Agreements (ERAs) and Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
• Educate clients on the value of proactive disaster planning and ERA benefits.
• Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to contract execution and ongoing account management.
• Maintain accurate notes and track leads in CRM; submit weekly activity reports.
