Job summary

Servpro Team Jones is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive revenue through strategic partnerships with insurance carriers, property managers, and commercial owners.

You will negotiate service agreements, manage the sales pipeline using Dash or Salesforce, and serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to secure ongoing referrals and priority response.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience.
• Strong process- and results-driven attitude.
• Experience in cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry preferred.
• Background check may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and execute formal service agreements with clients.
• Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to contract execution.
• Maintain detailed CRM notes and log networking activities.
• Coordinate account management to ensure client satisfaction and retain referrals.
