SERVPRO in Oklahoma is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive revenue and establish partnerships within the restoration and disaster recovery industry. You will serve as the primary liaison between SERVPRO and insurance carriers, property managers, and commercial facility owners, aiming to secure referral business and formal service agreements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience.
• Experience in the cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry is preferred.
• Strong process and results-driven attitude.

Responsibilities

• Develop geographic routing plans, target high-value verticals, and create actionable business development strategies.
• Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to contract execution and ongoing account management.
• Utilize CRM (Dash, Salesforce) to maintain detailed notes on client preferences and leads.
• Provide ongoing account management and client retention to secure repeat business.
