Servpro Industries, Inc. seeks a proactive Business Development Executive to drive revenue through securing service agreements with commercial clients in the restoration and disaster recovery sector. You will cultivate priority partnerships with property managers, insurance carriers, and facility owners, shaping long-term referral streams.

The role emphasizes ERA/MSA negotiations, CRM-driven pipeline management, and ongoing account stewardship to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience preferred.
• At least 5 years of direct sales experience.
• Experience with CRM and B2B sales pipelines.
• Experience in cleaning/restoration or insurance industry is preferred.

Mansioni

• Negotiate and execute formal service agreements with clients.
• Manage ERAs/MSAs and ensure priority response.
• Oversee the sales pipeline from prospecting to contract execution.
• Maintain CRM records and log networking activities.
