Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC seeks a Business Developer to expand market share and drive profitable growth. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, build strong customer relationships, and collaborate with operations, finance, and marketing to respond to bids.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, excellent presentation and communication skills, CRM experience, and the ability to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Extensive B2B sales experience, 3–5 years in mid-to-senior roles.
• Proven pipeline management and sales goal attainment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to close.
• Forecast sales deliverables and KPIs.
• Meet sales goals and work independently in a large territory.
• Perform prospecting using consultative selling; build relationships and handle negotiations.
• Communicate with decisions makers; document activity in CRM.
