Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a Business Development Manager in Chula Vista, CA to expand market share through new business development and end-to-end account management.

You will target high quality leads, research customer needs, build relationships at multiple levels, and engage decision makers during the buying process while meeting weekly new account goals. This role leverages our CRM and digital tools to drive growth.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience strongly preferred.
• Experience building strong client relationships.
• Knowledge of target market and geography.
• Demonstrable experience using a CRM for business.
• Market-related and operations knowledge and sales experience.
• Staffing or service industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Target high quality leads and leverage partnerships to build a robust prospect funnel.
• Conduct pre-call research to gain insights into customer needs.
• Build relationships at multiple levels with potential clients via phone, email, social media and in person.
• Engage decision makers during the buying process.
• Provide consultative account management, post-sales support, and follow up.
• Meet or exceed weekly goals to bring in new accounts using various tools.
• Use EmployBridge technology to reach clients and prospects.
