Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a Business Development Manager in Somerset, NJ to expand market share through new business development and end-to-end account management. The role targets high-quality leads, researches prospects, and builds multi-level relationships via phone, email, social media, and in-person meetings.

You will engage decision-makers, deliver consultative account management, and drive weekly new accounts using innovative tools and techniques.

Qualifications

• Experience building strong client relationships.
• Knowledge of target market and geography.
• Demonstrable experience using a CRM platform for business.
• Staffing or service industry experience preferred.
• Logistics or transportation experience would be a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Target high quality leads and build a robust prospect funnel.
• Conduct pre-call research to understand customer needs and priorities.
• Build relationships with potential clients via phone, email, social media and in-person meetings.
• Engage with decision makers at all levels (including executives) during the buying process.
• Provide consultative account management, post-sales support, and follow-up.
• Meet or exceed weekly goals to bring in new accounts using methods like Lead Gen, Vidyard, Zoom, LinkedIn.
• Utilize EmployBridge technology to reach clients and prospects.
