You will leverage relationships, CRM tools, and EmployBridge resources to meet weekly targets, provide post-sales support, and expand market share.

Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
Experience building strong client relationships.
Knowledge of target market and geography.
Demonstrable CRM experience for business development.
Market-related and sales experience in staffing or services preferred.

Responsibilities

Target high quality leads and build a robust prospect funnel.
Conduct pre-call research and planning to understand customer needs.
Build relationships with potential clients at multiple levels via phone, email, social media and in-person.
Engage with decision makers during the buying process.
Provide consultative account management and post-sales support with follow-up.
Meet or exceed weekly new account goals using tools like Lead Gen, Vidyard, Zoom, LinkedIn, etc.
