Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a Business Development Manager in Oxnard, CA to expand market share through new business development and end-to-end account management. You will target leads, research customer needs, and build relationships across multiple levels while engaging executives in the buying process.

Responsibilities include consultative account management, post-sales support, and consistent follow-up, with a focus on meeting weekly new account goals.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience strongly recommended.
• Experience building strong client relationships.
• Knowledge of target market including geography.
• Demonstrable experience using a CRM platform for business.
• Must have market-related and operations knowledge and sales experience.
• Staffing or service industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Target high quality leads and leverage partnerships to build a robust prospect funnel.
• Conduct pre-call research to understand customer needs and priorities.
• Build relationships at multiple levels with potential clients via phone, email, social media and meetings.
• Engage with decision makers at all levels during the buying process.
• Provide consultative account management, post-sales support and follow-up.
• Meet or exceed weekly goals to bring in new accounts using proactive methods.
• Use EmployBridge technology to reach clients and prospects.
