Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Business Developer to expand market share and drive profitable growth. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, build key client relationships, and coordinate with operations, finance, marketing to respond to bids.

This field-based role requires 3–5 years of B2B selling, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel across territories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of face-to-face (B2B) selling experience at mid-to-senior levels.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with a CRM or SFA tool.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and develop solutions.
• Accurately forecast sales deliverables and KPI’s.
• Achieve sales goals and be able to work independently.
• Prospect and close new business; manage bids and pricing.
• Log activity in CRM (Salesforce) and maintain relationships with clients.
• Travel as required and work in a fast-paced environment.
