Mac Papers and Packaging is seeking an Account Manager to grow and maintain key customer relationships in the Packaging & Paper sector. You will understand client needs, craft value-driven solutions, and guide profitable sales while expanding the CRM pipeline.

You will collaborate with Commercial leadership, Customer Service, and Operations to deliver service excellence and drive new business through prospecting and referrals.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record delivering on defined sales objectives.
• Sales experience required; 2–4 years in business-to-business selling is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills, time management, and self-starter.
• Ability to utilize CRM and order-entry systems.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and grow the existing account base and develop a territory business plan.
• Prospect and develop new customers; build CRM pipeline with leadership reviews.
• Identify customer needs and recommend value-added solutions to improve profitability.
• Build relationships from ownership to the floor and coordinate with internal teams.
• Provide timely communication and exceptional customer service.
