Job summary

CDW is seeking a Senior AWS Account Executive to serve as an outcome-driven sales partner, leading ongoing client engagement around Professional Services and Managed Services. You will maintain a high-visibility presence with client leadership through weekly strategy touchpoints, quarterly executive reviews, and project roadmap reviews to drive account growth and maximize value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in consultative technology sales or account management with a proven track record of closing complex Professional Services engagements and recurring Managed Services contracts within cloud ecosystems.
• Ability to frame sales conversations around customer business outcomes, ROI, and strategic transformations rather than transactional infrastructure.
• Demonstrated history of consistent weekly customer engagement, regular customer-facing interactions (virtual and in-person), and leading collaborative strategy workshops.
• AWS Cloud Practitioner certification (or commitment to achieve within the first 30 days of employment).
• Willingness to maintain at least 40% travel to be on-site with clients, AWS partners, and key industry events.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing client engagement centered on Professional Services and Managed Services to ensure client success and account growth.
• Maintain a high-visibility cadence with client leadership through weekly strategy touchpoints, planning sessions, and QBRs.
• Bridge customer objectives with Mission Cloud services and managed operations to align delivery with business goals.
• Drive co-selling and field engagement with AWS account teams and internal delivery practices.
• Identify expansion, cross-sell, and recurring opportunities through active customer immersion and milestone-driven delivery.
