Job summary

Guitar Center seeks an GC Pro Account Manager to drive AV integration sales to a diverse client base, including studios, venues, schools, and houses of worship. This role focuses on cultivating new business while expanding existing relationships and promoting professional AV products and services.

The position emphasizes field-based activity, strategic planning, and ongoing product knowledge to tailor solutions that meet client needs and maximize revenue across a defined territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of equivalent work experience.
• 3 years of AV integration product sales experience with targets.
• 3 years in B2B/outside sales with proven sales/operations management.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Create sales, orders, and contracts for services.
• Travel in-field ~50%+ to generate and nurture clients.
• Achieve sales targets and grow regional business.
• Develop leads, follow up, and close deals.
• Build daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly activity reports.
