Guitar Center, a leading retailer and AV solutions provider, seeks a GC Pro Account Manager to drive outside sales of professional audio-visual products and services. You will cultivate new business and strengthen existing relationships across commercial clients.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in AV/lighting sales, strong negotiation skills, and the drive to meet and exceed targets in a fast-paced field role. Excellent networking and strategic planning are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3 years of AV integration product/services sales with targets.
• 3 years in B2B/outside sales with market presence.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and business apps.
• Strong oral and written communication; able to build relationships.

Responsabilités

• Create sales, orders, and contracts for services.
• Spend 50%+ in-field generating new clients and nurturing existing ones.
• Achieve sales targets and drive growth in a territory.
• Develop business plans and follow up on self-generated leads.
• Engage in business development, client visits, cold calling, and online outreach.
• Continually learn new products and services to better serve clients.
• Understand client needs and identify solutions and opportunities.
• Coordinate with GCPro, Guitar Center locations, Support Center, and Distribution.
