The Guitar Center Company is seeking a GC Pro Account Manager to cultivate new business and strengthen existing relationships by promoting professional audio, video, and lighting products and services. The role emphasizes field-based client development, targeted sales growth, and collaboration with GC locations and support centers.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years in AV integration sales, and strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of equivalent work experience.
• 3 years of AV integration sales experience with proven targets.
• 3 years in B2B/outside sales in Audio/Visual/Lighting with market presence.
• Proven business-to-business sales practices.

Responsibilities

• Create sales, orders, contracts for services.
• Travel in the field 50%+ to generate new clients and nurture existing ones.
• Achieve sales targets and grow regional business.
