Job summary

Guitar Center in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a GC Pro Account Manager for outside sales to drive new business and expand existing accounts in professional audio, video, and lighting solutions.

You will spend significant time in the field meeting clients, creating proposals, and building relationships with corporate and venue customers, with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering tailored AV solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of equivalent work experience.
• 3 years of AV integration or related outside sales experience.
• Proven track record in B2B outside sales and meeting targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Create sales, orders, contracts for services.
• Spend 50%+ time in the field generating new clients.
• Achieve sales targets and grow territory.
• Develop business leads and follow up on leads.
• Client site visits, cold calling, and online outreach.
• Continual product and service knowledge.
• Identify client needs and opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs.
• Prepare detailed activity reports.
