Job summary

Guitar Center seeks a GC Pro Account Manager- Outside Sales to cultivate new business and strengthen existing relationships by promoting professional audio, video, and lighting products to a broad client base. This field-based role targets growth and requires proactive client engagement across the country.

You will travel extensively, create strategic plans, and partner with GCPro and Guitar Center networks to deliver tailored solutions. Competitive pay and robust benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of equivalent work experience in Business/Marketing or related field.
• 3 years of relevant work experience selling AV integration products/services with targets.
• 3 years in a B2B/outside sales environment with proven sales/ops results.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales and contracts for AV services and solutions.
• Maintain and grow a book of business with existing clients.
• Travel in the field 50% or more to visit new and existing clients.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and develop territory plans.
• Prospect leads, follow up, and close opportunities.
• Report activities daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly to management.
• Collaborate with GCPro, Guitar Center locations, and support teams to meet client needs.
