Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Detroit, MI is seeking a Senior Client Relationship Manager to manage a large automotive account, shaping proposals and account P&L with 13+ years of industry experience. You will drive opportunities across SDLC, Connected Vehicles, ADAS, and Infotainment in the auto sector.

Lead cross-functional teams, engage senior executives, monitor performance, and expand the service footprint through strategic account mining and value-driven proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in engineering/MBA with 13+ years of experience and at least 5+ years in large relationship/account management.
• Experience in Automotive Industry with deep domain knowledge.
• Experience in positioning offerings, developing and presenting proposals, value propositions, and complex deal structuring.
• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to engage customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering, manufacturing and IoT solutions for a large automotive customer.
• Engage senior client executives and procurement to build long-term partnerships.
• Monitor account performance and lead business reviews to expand service footprint.
• Drive account mining and pipeline development to generate revenue growth.
• Build account maps and go-to-market plans with technical and sales leadership.
• Represent the company at industry events and build visibility through thought leadership.
