Job summary

Metropolis Technologies seeks an Associate Account Executive to support a regional territory and drive net-new business. You’ll lead discovery calls, demos, and work with AE’s to manage client portfolios and handoffs. Build relationships and tailor solutions using AI and our proptech approach.

This role requires 2+ years in SDR/BDR or related roles, willingness to travel regionally, and Salesforce proficiency. Office four days a week in Knoxville with competitive base salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years SDR/BDR or client-facing experience.
• Experience selling to asset managers or real estate partners.
• Ability to build relationships and accelerate deals.
• Creative, data-driven communicator with strong storytelling.
• Proficient with CRM and forecasting.
• Willingness to travel regionally.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop net-new opportunities across multiple channels.
• Conduct discovery calls, qualify inbound/outbound leads, and propose solutions.
• Lead client discovery sessions, product demos, and formal presentations.
• Collaborate with AE and senior leadership to manage portfolios and handoffs.
• Coordinate with marketing, operations, and legal on underwriting and modeling.
• Maintain accurate data and pipeline hygiene in Salesforce/CRM.
• Monitor sales metrics and pipeline development to hit goals.
• Develop account strategies and outreach initiatives.
• Master buyer personas and industry trends to inform strategies.
• Meet with internal teams to share insights and book qualified meetings.
