Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a seasoned Asset Management Business Partner to oversee lifecycle performance of 188,000+ assets, including fleet management, margin analysis, and profitability across units.

You’ll coordinate across sales, rental, maintenance, and finance while leading asset reviews and strategic redeployments to maximize ROA. The role reports to the Director of Asset Management and requires strong analytics, cross-functional influence, and leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics.
• Five (5) years or more experience in Rental, Operations, Sales or industry related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead fleet performance analysis across product lines and locations.
• Coordinate asset management activities with Sales, Rental, Maintenance, SCS, RVS and other units.
• Manage asset calls/reviews, depreciation and lifecycle of assets.
• Support procurement and asset redeployment to optimize ROA and profitability.
• Provide training and mentorship to Rental organization.
