Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks an Asset Management Business Partner to drive lifecycle performance for 188,000+ vehicles and $6.8B in assets. You will coordinate asset processes across Sales, Rental, Maintenance, SCS, RVS, and Finance, leading asset reviews and ensuring optimal profitability for the BU.

Reporting to the Director of Asset Management, travel is expected. Responsible for fleet performance, asset redeployment, and monthly/annual reviews, you will influence multiple functions to maximize

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Five (5) years or more experience in Rental, Operations, Sales or industry related experience required.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage asset programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet management and asset performance analysis within assigned area.
• Provide direction to optimize asset utilization and profitability across functions.
• Lead asset calls/reviews and coordinate with Sales, Rental, Maintenance, SCS, and RVS.
• Manage and redeploy assets, monitor under‑performing units, and drive special projects.
• Develop and mentor team members within Asset Management.
