Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Asset Management Business Partner to oversee the life-cycle performance of all assets within the BU, including fleet and vehicle analysis, profitability, and asset redeployment.

This role reports to the Director of Asset Management and interfaces with Sales, Rental, Maintenance, SCS, and RVS functions. The candidate will manage asset calls, lead weekly reviews, and coordinate across branches to optimize depreciation, fleet utilization, and ROA across 188,000+

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Five or more years of experience in Rental, Operations, Sales or industry related experience.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet management, asset performance analysis and profitability across locations.
• Coordinate cross-functional asset reviews and quarterly performance meetings.
• Drive asset redeployment and lifecycle optimization across product lines.
• Lead and mentor teams in Sales, Rental, Maintenance, SCS, and RVS to maximize asset value.
• Communicate with executives and drive data-driven decisions for BU asset strategy.
