Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Asset Management Business Partner to oversee lifecycle performance of assets across the business unit.

You will drive fleet management, product line analysis, margin performance and customer/location profitability while coordinating asset processes with sales, rental, maintenance, SCS, and RVS. Reporting to the Director of Asset Management, you will guide asset reviews and fleet optimization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics.
• 5+ years of experience in Rental, Operations, Sales or industry related roles required.
• Strong leadership and cross functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Fleet management, product line analysis, margin performance and asset profitability within the BU.
• Coordinate asset reviews and special projects across Sales, Rental, Maintenance, SCS, RVS and Administration.
• Lead asset calls, track ROA and ensure timely redeployment of assets.
• Provide direction to maximize asset utilization and maintain asset performance data.
• Support budgeting, depreciation, and reporting related to fleet assets.
