Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Asset Management Business Partner responsible for the lifecycle performance of assets across the BU.

This role includes fleet management, margin analysis, profitability reviews by customer/location, and leadership to Sales, Rental, Maintenance, SCS, and RVS functions. Direct reporting to the Director of Asset Management and overseeing ROA for 188,000+ vehicles valued at $6.8B.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Five years or more experience in Rental, Operations, Sales or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet management, asset performance and profitability across units.
• Lead cross-functional asset initiatives with Sales, Rental, Maintenance, SCS and RVS.
• Coordinate asset reviews, reporting, and lifecycle optimization across BU.
• Direct asset status reporting, budgeting and deployment to maximize ROA.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to teams handling asset processes and governance.
