Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks an Asset Management professional to drive lifecycle performance for assets across the Business Unit. You will oversee fleet management, product line analysis, margin performance, and profitability, coordinating with Sales, Rental, Maintenance, SCS, and RVS. Report to the Director of Asset Management.

Responsibilities include leading asset calls, optimizing asset deployment, and guiding cross-functional teams to maximize asset value and efficiency across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related fields (Admin/Finance/Economics).
• 5+ years of experience in Rental, Operations, or Sales or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet management, margin performance, and profitability analysis within assigned area.
• Coordinate asset calls, reviews, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Manage asset performance, idle assets, and redeployment of under-performing units.
• Lead weekly asset calls and drive collaboration across BU.
